Orders usually ship out within 3 to 5 business days from the date your order was placed. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

While we pride ourselves on “FAST SHIPPING”, please keep in mind that during the holiday seasons, weather conditions you may experience courier transit delays.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

In addition to standard shipping, we offer expedited shipping options. Yes, we’re happy to offer International Shipping.

To track your order, please refer to the tracking number sent to the email associated with your order.

We’re unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order.

If you believe you have not received a tracking number via the email address you provided at checkout, please check your JUNK folder. If after checking your JUNK folder and you still have not received an order confirmation email, please contact customer service at shop@bleukollection.com

All customers receive order courier information including the order tracking number from Bleu Kollection. This information can be used when you contact the shipping courier to assist you in tracking your package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the shipping carrier.

Bleu Kollection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file claims on behalf of the customer.
